Cisco was founded in 1984 by a small group of computer scientists from Stanford University. Cisco Serbia R&D Center

Cisco Research and Development Center with offices in Belgrade and Niš contributes to the evolution of the next generation of leading networking products. We are working on the new generation of silicon which will be part of all families of Cisco devices that will drive the future of the internet - we are building firmware, SDK, simulators, and compilers for Cisco Silicon One™ architecture and work in the development of pioneering technology.

Selection process

Our interview process is designed to provide a comprehensive view of your skills, experience, and how well you align with our team and culture. We want to ensure that joining us is not just the right move for us but also for you.

1. HR Pre-Screening Call: This is where our journey begins. During the HR pre-screening call, we're eager to hear from you and answer any questions you might have. It's a chance for us to understand your aspirations, interests, and expectations. We believe that getting to know you on a personal level is the foundation of a great working relationship.

2. Technical Interviews: Following the HR call, we have two technical interviews lined up for you. These interviews delve into your past experiences, allowing us to gain insights into your professional journey and what you're seeking in your next role. Expect technical discussions on relevant technology and engaging problem-solving tasks. While both interviews follow a similar format, they are also an excellent opportunity to meet potential colleagues, both from Serbia and from abroad.
