Company EKO Serbia a.d. is a member of the business group HELLENiQ ENERGY, a leading integrated energy group in Greece and the Southeast Europe region, whose activities include production, supply, and trading of all types of energy, with an increasing focus on clean energy and renewable energy sources. Since its establishment in 2002, the company has invested over 100 million euros in Serbia, operating through a network of 59 gas stations under the EKO brand, which undoubtedly represents a synonym for reliability, quality, and top-notch service. Selection process
Profile Screening:
The process begins with a thorough profile screening. This initial step ensures that the candidates meet the basic qualifications and requirements for the position. Here we look for the right applicants that are shortlisted for the further selection process. The first step involves filtering candidates' resumes based on qualifications, skills, and experience that match the requirements of the open position.
Initial Interview:
Following the profile screening, selected candidates proceed to the initial interview stage. This round of our selection process serves as an opportunity for candidates to receive all necessary information about the conditions and processes related to the position they applied for. Additionally, it is also an ideal opportunity for us to get to know the candidates and understand their motivations for applying to EKO Serbia.
This round may consist of internal or external interviews, depending on the nature of the position.
Second Round: Business Interview:
These interviews are conducted by relevant line managers from the respective departments in collaboration with HR team. The purpose is to further assess the candidates' qualifications, technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values and goals, but also to inform you about the company's business policy, so that you too can assess whether the work in the given conditions suits you.
Selection is a two-way process, and therefore, we believe that candidates haveto be encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification on any aspect of the process or the role they are applying for. Our goal is to provide candidates with the information they need to make informed decisionsand all the questions they may have.

Final Selection and Offer:
Following the series of interviews, the relevant line managers, in consultation withthe HR team, makes the final selection decision.
Once the selection is made, an offer is extended to the chosen candidate.
Onboarding:
Upon acceptance of the offer, the selected candidate goes through the onboarding process to integrate them into the company smoothly.
