Hi! We are a design and engineering company based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Ever since our first steps back in 2008 we have been pushing for smarther ways of thinking and designing. Starting as a one of the first companies in our country that turned fully to BIM, in time we have been involved in nummerous projects that modelled the cityscape of the Netherlands' biggest cities. We have been crowned the best BIM office of the Netherlands, and nowdays we specialized in large scale residential projects and our foothold in the local market sums up to 15% each year. That means we have seen it all. And we see a way to do things differently. 

In 2019 we wanted to shake the traditional mindset in the construction field. Powered by the knowlegde and expertise of our primary office HFB, we stepped on the market with a new sister company, HFB Architectuur. If we were to explain in one sentence what does HFB Architectuur stand for, we would say it's a more mindfull approach to architecture versus development and human needs versus ever more demanding government regulations. It's not about making art just for the sake of it, but a fitting expression within the backdrop of public space and the current economical tendencies. The real challenge lies in finding a perfect spot in the design where the bussines case and the unique qualities of a building and it's users come together in an optimal balance. And we are very good at finding that ballance!
