Our Talent Acquisition (TA) team carefully reviews applications to match your skills with our role requirements – we’re excited to learn more about you, and get ready for some friendly conversations with our recruiters, hiring managers, and future team members!
- HR chat: In the initial interview a member of the TA team will get to know you better, discuss your background, and what you are looking for, and share insights into our company culture.
- Manager meeting: You’ll meet with the hiring manager for a deeper dive into the role and how your skills align with our team’s goals.
- For certain roles, you might need to complete some assessment to showcase your skills - each assessment serves a specific purpose in helping us evaluate your qualifications, suitability for the role, and compatibility with our organization. Our goal is to ensure that both you and Hyperoptic are the right match for each other.
- Decision time: This is where the excitement builds up! After the interviews and assessments, it’s time for us to carefully evaluate everything. We’ll work diligently to reach a decision that’s not just right for us, but for you too.
