Nemanja Radić

I joined KN in 2014 as a replacement for a colleague who was on maternity leave. At that moment I did not have much experience, since I worked in a small logistics company. From the beginning, I was working in the distribution department (domestic transportation) and I experienced all the processes, from FTL, LCL to collective transport as well as customer-related services. I started as an administrator in the department, but I was looking for knowledge and challenges and after three years I was promoted to Distribution Department Manager in Contract Logistics. My typical day is very dynamic and involves daily communication with our customers, understanding their needs and demands, creating offers, contacting carriers, and colleagues to exchange information and find optimal solutions to various situations. We all work as a team, support each other toward improved business and efficiency with only one goal - to deliver as promised.
