My entry point at msg global was a three-moth internship, and I had no real work experience before that. Having this as a first job was intimidating at the beginning, but learning about the businesses and working on my skills made me feel like I have been moving in the right direction all the time!

Today, after 7 years, I really got to know the insurance industry and how it feels working within a multinational environment – and on top of that, I got the opportunity to improve my soft skills. During my professional growth, my biggest aspiration was to lead by example and to focus on People Management, and over time, it has become my role at msg global. 
So whether formal or not, feedback is always given on time, and good work is properly recognized in the company.

Without a doubt, the biggest value of the company I identify with is Team Spirit – everything is easier in a team like this. We are good teammates on and off work, so the environment is very good from the ground up.
