I joined the OIP back in March 2022, in the position of Key Account Manager, with managerial, but without any prior experience in Insurance. I was the first external hire in a management position, and OIP ensured I received extensive training to build a solid foundation for my growth. I was pleasantly surprised by the organization’s structure, rules, and procedures, which I found very effective.

I successfully led a team and managed multiple clients, learning and evolving with them daily. This dynamic role taught me to think strategically, respond to challenges, organize my team, communicate effectively, make important decisions, and maintain client satisfaction.

What makes OIP unique is its commitment to fostering growth for those eager to learn. In 2024, OIP recognized my strengths and provided me with the opportunity to shift my career in this new direction. I transitioned to a Customer Success Executive role, focusing more on client relationships.
