I joined OIP in September 2022 as one of the first people to be accepted to the role of Key Account Manager externally. Each new environment can be scary at the beginning before you learn the ropes, but with OIP, I've felt welcome and supported from day one. It did not take me long to see that this organization is built by capable and resourceful individuals, who are supported by a great organization and team infrastructure. 
 
In OIP, things are never boring, but even though changes can be scary, they are always for the better! There is so much room to grow, and no matter where your strengths lie, if you commit and put in consistent effort, you will get recognized and you will be granted opportunities to develop your skills. 
 
In just 2 years, I've seen this organization grow significantly, and employees on all levels and departments were able to grow with it as well. I look forward to future challenges and opportunities and remain confident in our ability to provide a stable working environment for all employees, as well as a fantastic learning ground for anyone looking to grow professionally.

My journey with OIP has been an incredible experience filled with opportunities to develop a broad skill set. I began as an Assistant Underwriter, where I focused on issuing policies and learned the core responsibilities of the operations team. As I gained experience, I had the chance to move into more advanced tasks, which allowed me to further my expertise and take on new challenges.
 
Along the way, I joined the Quality Assurance Focus Group, which taught me invaluable lessons in audit performance and quality control. This role introduced me to the world of audit performance and task quality checks, helping me understand the importance of maintaining high standards and consistently delivering quality outcomes. This experience was invaluable in building my knowledge and appreciation for accuracy and accountability within our work.
 
With time, I was promoted to Team Lead, where I could contribute to our team’s success, mentor others, and refine my leadership skills. Later, I was entrusted with setting up tasks for a new client, a role that required both strategic planning and hands-on involvement in laying the groundwork for a successful partnership.&nbsp;
 
However, it was my time in the Recruitment Focus Group that truly resonated
with me. Being part of this team gave me the opportunity to contribute to OIP’s future by identifying and selecting talented individuals who shared our vision and values. It was incredibly rewarding to help shape the team and bring in people who would make a lasting impact on the company.
 
One of the most defining aspects of my career at OIP was being recognized as a top talent in the company, which opened doors to additional opportunities and growth. Joining OIP in 2017 was both an exciting and somewhat daunting experience, as joining any new environment can be. Nonetheless, the team's warm welcome quickly made me feel at home. I began my career as an Assistant Underwriter. I strived to learn as much as possible and show the best performance. My capacities and efforts were recognized. Since December 2021, I've been a part of the Learning and Development Team, initially on a part-time basis, transitioning to a full-time role in June 2022. 
 
At OIP, we invest a lot of time, effort and resources into education, believing it's fundamental to delivering high-quality work. My role involves providing training on US Insurance. Despite my academic background being miles away from insurance, reaching the point of being able to teach insurance with ease was not such a difficult journey, thanks to many educational opportunities along the way. I've earned the designation of Associate in General Insurance and am committed to ongoing professional growth. Our team offers a carefully chosen assortment of opportunities to develop skills and knowledge and pursue desired career paths to satisfy everyone's appetite. 
 
As a Learning and Development Specialist, I enjoy training our new team members and setting them up for success. I take pride in their achievements, knowing I've played a part in their journey. I began my career at OIP in 2016 as an Insurance Administrative Assistant, processing diverse tasks and gaining hands-on experience with different clients. This foundation expanded my insurance knowledge and prepared me to take on Team Lead responsibilities, where I supported my supervisors in team organization and gained valuable managerial experience. These skills set the stage for my role as Key Account Manager, where I closely collaborated with clients and led a team of over 20 people—a role that sparked my passion for HR.
 
In 2022, I transitioned to the HR team as an HR Generalist, and just a year later, I was thrilled to step into my current role in Talent Experience. This journey has allowed me to work across departments and deeply connect with our company’s mission, people, and values.
 
Throughout my career here, I've found peace of mind knowing I have consistent support and security, no matter what’s happening outside the world. I joined the OIP back in March 2022, in the position of Key Account Manager, with managerial, but without any prior experience in Insurance. I was the first external hire in a management position, and OIP ensured I received extensive training to build a solid foundation for my growth. I was pleasantly surprised by the organization’s structure, rules, and procedures, which I found very effective. 
 
I successfully led a team and managed multiple clients, learning and evolving with them daily. This dynamic role taught me to think strategically, respond to challenges, organize my team, communicate effectively, make important decisions, and maintain client satisfaction. 
 
What makes OIP unique is its commitment to fostering growth for those eager to learn. In 2024, OIP recognized my strengths and provided me with the opportunity to shift my career in this new direction. I transitioned to a Customer Success Executive role, focusing more on client relationships.

My career at OIP began two and a half years ago, and the experience has been both rewarding and transformative. When I first joined, the world of US insurance was entirely new to me, but thanks to the comprehensive training provided by the company, I quickly adapted. Within the first 2-3 weeks, I gained a solid foundation, and I was fortunate to have a great mentor who guided me as I mastered my tasks. 
 
From the beginning, I worked on level 3 tasks, which, despite being administrative, are often dynamic and engaging. What truly stands out to me is the team I work with. It’s a large group, yet the atmosphere is incredibly supportive, with everyone ready to lend a hand. Our supervisors are approachable, and it’s always easy to have open conversations about any challenges or questions. 
 
I had the opportunity to join our recruitment team, where I learned about the selection process and became actively involved in interviews, screenings, and communication with candidates. Additionally, I was honored to be selected for a three-month stint as a Trainer in our Indian office, helping new employees. This experience strengthened my professional skills and contributed immensely to my personal growth. OIP has provided me with numerous opportunities for growth and development, and I am truly grateful for the journey so far.

I began working at OIP three years ago in the Insurance Administrative Assistant position and eventually joined the marketing focus group, where I gained valuable insights into both insurance and marketing. During this period, I spent six months in India working on a training project, which was a significant learning experience. Currently, I hold the position of Marketing Specialist. Throughout this journey, I have improved my patience, time management, and business communication skills.

My journey at OIP began as an Insurance Technical Assistant, where I gained foundational knowledge and insights into the sector. This experience ignited my passion for the field and propelled me into my next role as an Underwriting Assistant. I am relatively new in the insurance industry, but I faced various challenges that tested my problem-solving abilities. I considered each of those obstacles an opportunity for growth, which led me to the current position of Team Lead. I am glad that I was recognized as a loyal, responsible, and organized person, which proves that OIP keeps an eye on our career development and rewards our results and dedication. My career journey began in 2019 when I started as an Underwriting Assistant, and despite having no prior experience in the field, the OIP mentorship program helped me to adapt quickly to the new role and develop the necessary skills. As someone who values learning, what made me stay is OIP's commitment to ongoing training and development which provided me with numerous opportunities to expand my skills and take on new challenges.
 
I have recently taken on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, playing an essential part in the company's recruitment process. Here, my passion for working with people intersects with the company's values and goals, allowing me to identify and attract top talent that aligns with the organization's mission.

My journey at OIP started in 2020 when I officially applied for an Assistant Underwriter job position. During the challenging and uncertain time for whole world, the prize in the form of training start after OIP’s thorough selection process came mid December, when I was officially enrolled in the first stage of training process.
Starting the AIA without any knowledge about insurance world was at moments scary and very demanding but also as rewarding after completing it. Coming out of my comfort zone made me realize how worthy it is to challenge yourself and strive towards making better opportunities for your carrier. AIA was one of the most memorable times as I got to meet and learn from a lot of eloquent and devoted trainers and leaders whom I get to work with daily. The learning process within AIA was done at an enviable level, with a lot of care and patience given to each candidate and their learning process, optimized to transfer the required knowledge and skills. 
 
After I became OIP employee and member of the biggest OIP team in March 2021, I realized that the people relations, dedication and overall importance of improvement was taken to an even higher level. Each day I got to learn something new and perfect my skills even more. Togetherness and unselfishness of my team is what makes us achieve great results and have outstanding work ethics. Being recognized as a trustworthy and responsible teammate, I was assigned additional work and responsibilities which was a true prize for me and testimony that everything you do at OIP ends up well recognized and rewarded. 
 
Six months later, I find myself even more motivated than I was at the beginning because now I can first-hand see how much hard work and dedication really pays off and gets recognized by those who lead by their own example. I would always encourage everyone to apply and explore this new organization led by a unique group of people. It is great to know that an outstanding quality of work, knowledge and astonishing job opportunity is waiting just around the corner.

I joined AIA in January 2016 and became an OIP employee 3 months later - in April 2016. Joining such a young and rapidly growing company allowed me to progress through the ranks as we grew. Just like everybody else at the time, I started out my career in OIP as an Assistant Underwriter. Over the years, my career path took me through the roles of Team Lead, Senior team Lead and Operations Manager, each one more challenging than the last one, but also more interesting and rewarding. At the time of writing this testimonial, I am in the process of preparing for my next major step up and transitioning into my newest role - the position of Director of Operations in Nis.
 
What distinguishes OIP from other companies is the sheer number of opportunities presented to employees who are willing to step up and take them - my career path so far being a great example.
 
I am motivated by the great relationships and positive energy we have within the team. We nurture a culture of togetherness and trust and the way we were able to push through the challenging year of 2020 is a great example of how important they are to a company and its employees.
