I began my career at OIP in 2016 as an Insurance Administrative Assistant, processing diverse tasks and gaining hands-on experience with different clients. This foundation expanded my insurance knowledge and prepared me to take on Team Lead responsibilities, where I supported my supervisors in team organization and gained valuable managerial experience. These skills set the stage for my role as Key Account Manager, where I closely collaborated with clients and led a team of over 20 people—a role that sparked my passion for HR.
In 2022, I transitioned to the HR team as an HR Generalist, and just a year later, I was thrilled to step into my current role in Talent Experience. This journey has allowed me to work across departments and deeply connect with our company’s mission, people, and values.
Throughout my career here, I've found peace of mind knowing I have consistent support and security, no matter what’s happening outside the world.
