My career journey began in 2019 when I started as an Underwriting Assistant, and despite having no prior experience in the field, the OIP mentorship program helped me to adapt quickly to the new role and develop the necessary skills. As someone who values learning, what made me stay is OIP's commitment to ongoing training and development which provided me with numerous opportunities to expand my skills and take on new challenges.
I have recently taken on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, playing an essential part in the company's recruitment process.
