To strengthen our Finance department we are looking for a full-time dedicated Accounts Receivable Accountant 

What tasks await you?

• Independent processing and handling of accounts payable
• Checking, allocating and processing incoming invoices
• Posting invoices with and without purchase order reference in compliance with the approval process
• Reconciliation of accounts payable
• Regular analysis of accrual requirements for monthly/quarterly closing
• Preparation and execution of payment runs
• Collaboration on the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of reports and evaluations
• Concur travel expense accounting
• Maintenance of master data

What do we expect from you?

• Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk or equivalent training as well as functionally relevant professional experience
• Relevant professional experience in the relevant specialist area
• Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
• Very good knowledge of English and good German language skills
• Knowledge of MS Navision would be an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility as well as a solution-oriented way of working
• Customer-oriented communication skills
• Team spirit as well as independent way of working in a global environment
