Job Description

► Supporting project teams in daily activities and ensuring transparency about team work and progress towards everyone
► Removing impediments and ensuring smooth functioning of agile team
► Ensure Agile Methods being understood and followed by the agile teams and the stakeholders (method expert)
► Supporting self-organization of the team & cultural change
► Protecting agile teams (e.g. against requirements volatility, conflicting new tasks during a Sprint or fluctuation of project resources)
► Conduct and organize trainings within Project and Business teams, coach agile process and leadership roles
► Be part of change management activities related to agile transformation in company
► Implement continuous improvement process so methods are constantly evolving and digital knowledge is built (trainings/ongoing learning)
► Ensure new mindset and agile working culture

Qualifications

► Experience in Scrum Master role at least 3 years, experience with Kanban and Design Thinking would be considered an advantage
► Coaching skills and a deeper understanding of coaching techniques and attitudes
► Good working knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement and increasing transparency
► Experience in facilitating meetings using visual meeting techniques and tools
► Fluent English
► Mobility (ready to travel about 50% of the time)

Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment)►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data

►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse Syste
