Job description:
- Responsible for specific region and specific petrol stations in terms of daily site visits and trainings of EKO petrol station employees;
- Daily trainings of COMO managers and their employees at EKO petrol stations, in order to focus on EKO customers and improve service levels;
- Implementation of training programs, in order to improve active sales at EKO petrol stations;
- Monitoring implementation of company procedures on EKO petrol stations and the progress in improving the level of service and active sales;
- Participation in creation of new programs and communication to the COMO employees;
- Close cooperation with HSSE department and creation of safety site visits report and employees trainings;
- Weekly submission of reports and analysis to the supervisor/manager;
- Actively participate in Mystery shopper monitoring and corrective actions taking.
Required qualifications:
- University degree (economics or similar background);
- English Language;
- MS Office skills;
- Driving licence B category – active driver.
- Work experience in creating training materials and conducting training is desirable
