A day in the life of Business Controller Nestlé Professional ADR

• Participate actively in the strategy development and provide associated scenario planning to optimize shareholder value;
• Work closely with Decision Support and Control in order to provide a high-quality data / timely framework, as well as the reliable measurement of selected key KPI's;
• Ensure quality financial information, including management reporting, is used by the business for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood;
• Review monthly performance and identify areas of risk to achievement of targets and forecasts and develop & follow up on action plans based on above;
• Key player in the Monthly Business Planning Process, providing transparency and direction towards target achievement at any time in the process;
• Facilitate the Dynamic Forecast process;
• Analyze and challenge product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities, eliminate Value Destroyers and maximize the return on investment from TTS/PFME (including revised pricing structure/prices) and from the capital asset base;
• Develop, manage, and communicate financial initiatives.

What will make you successful?

• Ideally, you are self-confident person with strong analytical skills, combined with very good communication and presentation skills.
• You have a university degree in Economics, Finance or related fields and 2-3 years of relevant experience in Business/ Finance/ Commercial controlling and reporting roles.
• You have financial knowledge and ability to understand business models in the FMCG industry.
• You are independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity.
• You have ability to multitask (day-to-day operations, as well as seeing the bigger picture) and to have full ownership of the job responsibilities.
• You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken and you are advanced user of MS Office package (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
