Your responsibilities
- Reporting: making sure that the reports that we have set up are up to date so that we can learn and create next steps. This is a mixture of daily, weekly and monthly reporting from our activity across all markets
- Navigate HubSpot (training provided) to monitor the results of our regular email and SMS campaigns – highlighting learnings / trends / areas for improvement
- Understanding what the rules and regulations are across all markets for gambling and sports.
- Eventually take ownership of the monthly calendar – planning what comms we are sending out each week by making sure assets are being delivered on time.
- Liaising with the design team for creatives to use within our comms – including recommendations, feedback, testing etc.
Required skills
- Fluent in English language
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of CRM software and tools would be an advantage
- Experience with email campaigns would be an advantage
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
