Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical contact for quality issues in chemical sensor production
- Apply chemical engineering principles to analyze and improve sensor build processes
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for chemical-related defectsž
- Monitor and optimize chemical process parameters to ensure consistent product quality
- Ensure incoming chemical components and materials meet quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain high-quality output and compliance with ISO 9001:2015
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in chemical process control and product reliability
- Conduct chemical process audits and inspections to maintain high product standards
- Use statistical process control and chemical analysis tools to monitor production quality
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment aligned with 5S and chemical safety standards
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of chemical processes and sensor technologies
- Experience in quality assurance within a chemical or manufacturing environment
- Willingness to pursue further formal training
- Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- English language proficiency (B2 level)
