► Creates and executes communication and employer branding strategy for both SoftTec offices in Belgrade and Hildesheim (Germany)
► Prepares key messages, taking points and visuals for internal and external communication with close cooperation with local corporate communication, marketing and HR team
► Drives campaigns and events according to the strategy
► Creatively supports, advertises and strengthens values and culture of the company with focus on purpose, people and processes
► Measures employee satisfaction and continuously improves employee experience
► Tracks all communication channels and makes monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis and suggests improvements
► Minimum 2 years of experience in creating Employer branding strategy
► Able to communicate key messages using different communication channels
► Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
► Good interpersonal skills, to develop good working relationships with stakeholders
► Good English skills both written and spoken, German is a plus
