Controlling Officer

BizLink is looking for a Controlling officer for our production facility in Prokuplje.

We manufacture cables, wiring harnesses, power cords, connectors and related interconnect devices.

Main responsibilities:

• Cooperates in preparation of financial analysis and reports of the plant
• Prepares and consolidates financial statements, ensuring their accuracy, and submitting them to management and auditors
• Ensures a consistent control environment for Accounting and finance related activities and processes
• Processes invoices and posting to vendor accounts (asset invoices posting)
• Develops & maintains reports and files for Asset processing (CAPEX report, CIP report and other related reports)
• Collaborates with external auditors, addresses their inquiries, and ensures the accuracy of financial statements.
• Performs monthly and yearly closing process in compliance with all accounting policies and internal procedures
• Collaborates in setting up internal procedures in FICO fields in the plant

Required set of skills:

• High fluency and communication in English
• Preferable higher education in Finance and Economics
• Preferably 3-4 years experience in controlling in multinational companies
• Proficient with MS Office with advanced excel skills
• SAP (FI / CO) knowledge is beneficial
• Experience and knowledge of international accounting (IFRS/US-GAAP) is an advantage
