The Customer Dispute Analyst is responsible for the monitoring and execution of disputes for Key Account customers for Bosch Automotive Aftermarket in North America.
Job Description► Documentation of the dispute process for key customers ► Capture and document standard complaints and deductions (i.e. tickets, alerts, or system generated deductions) and provide reporting with respect to disputing process and success rate (how many disputes filed, how much gained from disputing) ► Review standard deductions, assess and determine method to dispute claim (if valid) and execute as many disputes as possible ► Reduction of penalties (both in the form of fines and scorecard deductions) to the maximum extend possible ► Support customer supply chain service analyst in standard requests for their customers | Qualifications► Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar ► Experience in customer service and/or logistics ► Preferably experience in SAP (preferably SD, BI), MS Office ► Customer orientation, strong communication and analytical skills ► Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken |
Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment)►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse SysteCreate and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment)►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
