What are we looking for?

- Since we work with U.S. clients, it is necessary to be able to work within their time zones
We are hiring for working hours of 9 am - 5 pm EST and from 1 pm - 9 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday.
Job Description / Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, your job is to handle incoming support tickets via phone, email, and chat and respond promptly with a high level of proficiency and professionalism.
You are the first person a client goes to when something technical needs addressing. You ensure the “trains run on time,” and that technical issues are handled correctly.
You will also be responsible for handling technical requests from various departments This will include tasks such as cancelling accounts, processing refunds, and ensuring these processes are handled by the right personnel etc.
Daily duties include:
- Handling ticket requests
- Communicating via chat, phone, and email
- Completing tickets proficiently and escalating issues as needed
- Bringing in outside resources from various departments to assist
- Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking
- Working on special projects when the Customer Success team needs assistance
- Contributing to the overall success of the whole department
