Purpose
As a Customer and Business Development Partner at Roche you will be responsible for strategically promoting company's comprehensive solutions through designated sales channels, establishing and nurturing partnerships with existing and new clients, and ensuring high-quality diagnostics for patients. This role plays a crucial part in market insights, creating business action plans, managing sales performance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive business growth and adapt strategies based on client and market feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement all scope of activities related to the implementation of the Company's strategy for the promotion of Roche's comprehensive solutions (high quality diagnostics for patients) via assigned sales channel(s);
- Establish, maintain and develop partnerships with existing clients/ partners/ providers of the Company, as well as search and establish relations with new potential ones via assigned sales channel(s);
- Responsible for P&L on the level of assigned sales channels and customers and planned sales from new customers;
- Identify, create appropriate business plans, develop and typically close new business opportunities; manage the preparation of the offers towards the customers;
- Timely and accurately reporting input into REXIS (prepare account plan – including competition data, updates based on customer visits, opportunities management linked to account plan);
- Lead the project and coach the customer team to reach their goal with the tangible outcomes and cost-benefit analysis;
Requirements & Qualifications
- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or similar;
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales and Commercial in field of diagnostics;
- Understanding of the healthcare system and the path to its transformation in Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia;
- Understanding of business environment, economics & financials in healthcare sector;
- Fluent English language skills;
- Readiness to travel abroad;
- You are self-motivated, passionate about the job with developed customer centricity skills;
- You are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development.
