Job Description► Managing cross-functional teams, taking responsibility for achieving goals and managing projects on an annual basis from the central department. Harmonizing the goals of team members with the strategy of the central department. ► Support, guidance and mentoring of team members in order to achieve optimal personal performance and career guidance. The responsibility is that the team is fully functional and productive. ► Defining a training plan with each team member and setting targets on an annual basis. Responsibility for team development. ► Regular giving feedback to team members about their performance and suggesting improvements ► Providing team communication, transparency of all decisions to the team and providing clear information on planned activities ► Supporting the team in daily work ► Monitoring team travel, registration and costs in accordance with RBSM internal regulations ► Discussion of wages and bonuses with team members in accordance with the central budget of the department ► Employing new team members in accordance with the needs defined by the central department strategy

Qualifications► Bachelors degree, Information Technology or similar ► 5+ year's experience in Business Management, Project lead, People lead positions ► Strong, decisive and positive leadership personality ► Serbian and English fluency is a must, and additional language (German) is a plus ► Change agent with track record of managing organizations up to the "next level" ► Experience in IT projects and/or start-up incubation/acceleration ► Digital native with experience and track record of defining digital business models and services ► Capability to take the workshop perspective and present solutions ► Excellent written and verbal communication including experience in keynote speeches and presentations ► Intercultural experience with different markets and customer groups preferred ► Hands-on attitude and capability to take the perspective of small business owners |
Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP ►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment) ►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System ►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse SysteCreate and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP ►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment) ►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
