INTRODUCTION

We are looking for motivated individuals to support our team. Due to the expansion of our customer service, we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor.

TASKS

You are responsible for the successful handling of all activities of your customer service team. Quality controls, employee
evaluation, solving complicated cases and recruiting new employees are part of your daily tasks. You inspire continuous
improvement and optimization of processes and quality assurance in all areas. You engage in the day-to-day activities of your team as needed and handle e-mails and phone calls.

REQUIREMENTS

To successfully complete these tasks, you bring the following qualities:

• You have experience in leadership (at least 5 employees within the team), as well as in customer service

• Additional training in leadership/management is an advantage.
