INTRODUCTION
We are looking for motivated individuals to support our team. Due to the expansion of our customer service, we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor.
TASKS
You are responsible for the successful handling of all activities of your customer service team. Quality controls, employee
evaluation, solving complicated cases and recruiting new employees are part of your daily tasks. You inspire continuous
improvement and optimization of processes and quality assurance in all areas. You engage in the day-to-day activities of your team as needed and handle e-mails and phone calls.
REQUIREMENTS
To successfully complete these tasks, you bring the following qualities:
- Patience and empathy are your strengths, as well as pragmatic and quick solutions
- A strong interest in customer relationship management
- You have excellent command of
- Italian/English
- French/English
- English language
- You have experience in leadership (at least 5 employees within the team), as well as in customer service
- You have good communication and adaptability skills, as well as organizational skills
- You are able to discuss current issues with the rest of the team and have a certain affinity for technology and e-commerce trends
- Additional training in leadership/management is an advantage.
