
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage receivables, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoice allocations within SAP. Responsibilities include processing credit/debit notes, overseeing overdue accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to handle customer inquiries and claims.

Your main responsibilities would be:
- Monitoring of receivables management and the due dates of invoices and payment terms in SAP
- Allocating of customer payments with related invoices in SAP
- Daily checking payments and issuing necessary documents.
- Processing credit notes and debit notes
- Control of cash allocation and customer settlement for account reconciliation
- Control and monitoring of overdue management (dunning process)
- Monitoring of weekly internal reports
- Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges with related credit notes or claims
- Communicating other departments for customer claims and processing necessary documents
- Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues
- Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files

What we expect:
- Excellent knowledge of German language (C1/C2)
- Knowledge of English language would be an advantage
- Prior experience in working in SAP is mandatory
- Prior experience in accounting (basic knowledge of accounting is a minimum)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Great analytical skills
- Excellent attention to details
