We are seeking currently seeking for a motivated, dynamic and experienced professional for a position of Financial Controller
Conditions:
- University degree – Finance, Accounting, Management or Economy;
- Previous work experience in the position of financial controller for a minimum of three years;
- Excellent knowledge of applicable accounting regulations (statutory and IFRS)
- Excellent knowledge of SAP (finance and controlling modules)
- Fluency in MS Office package, especially Excel;
- Fluency in English and Serbian is a must (Macedonian is desirable)
- Knowledge of HFM will be considered as advantage;
- Experience in treasury, financial risk management and credit risk management is an advantage
- Willingness to work under the pressure and multitasking in order to meet the tight deadlines;
- Commitment and proactive approach;
- Strong analysis capacity, rigor and accuracy, dynamism, autonomy, organization and responsibility;
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and demonstrating excellent communication;
Description of major responsibilities:
- Preparation of the various reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual level, for two legal entities, according to the Group requirements;
- Ensure compliance with group reporting (IFRS) requirements
- Close cooperation with finance external partners (accounting, taxation, transfer pricing)
- Manage the statutory reporting process locally between legal entity and external partners;
- Act as the main contact for Market Area / Business Area controlling and country management, as well as for Global Business Services and external stakeholders;
- Monitoring of actual and forecasted costs and revenues;
- Support local entities on implementation of new processes and tools;
- Customers credit management and reconciliations;
- Communication with colleagues from other departments in order to collect information and more detailed controls;
- Communication with the manager and Group Finance during the reporting process;
- Monitoring of local legislation and compliance with the requirements of the group;
- Different analyzes and ad hoc reports at the request of the group and local management;
- Participation in the processes of pre-audit and audit of statutory reports and packages;
- Provide mitigation/corrective measures to look for efficiencies and performance improvements;
