- Passionate about mechanics: If you’ve always loved working with vehicles, from disassembling toy cars as a child to working on bigger machines, we’d love to meet you!
- Experience or Willingness to Learn: We want to hear from you whether you have previous experience as a fleet manager/maintenance assistant or are new to the field. If you lack experience, don’t worry—we’ll provide all the training you need!
- Proficient in English: If you can explain vehicle issues clearly in English, we’d love to hear from you!
- Reliable Team Player: You’re a communicator and problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with others to find the best solutions.
- Multitasker: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing multiple responsibilities.
- Tech-Savvy: You can navigate Microsoft Excel and Google Drive with ease.
YOUR ROLE:
- Diagnose and prevent fleet malfunctions
- Ensure safety, cost-effectiveness, and maintenance of the fleet
- Perform regular fleet servicing and repairs
- Assist with minor roadside breakdowns and resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate with service centers and suppliers for repairs and parts delivery
- Collaborate with the dispatch service and management for effective issue resolution
- Manage breakdowns, accidents, and towing services
- Support drivers with accommodation, transport, and other needs
- Conduct analysis and reporting on damages and repairs
