We are looking for a new intern to help our newly established FTSC (Foreign Trade Service Center) team located in Belgrade.

Job Description
► Preparation of the documentation for the FTSC department (LTSD/LTVD records, archiving, etc.)
► Editing the group mailbox, sorting and sending e-mail to the responsible persons in the FTSC team
► Entering data into BBM customer portals according to the data from SAP or accompanying records
► Preparing reports and creating KPIs according to the standard model
► Other administrative work.
Qualifications
► Proficiency in MS Office
► Fluent in English language (both written and spoken)
► Communicational and organizational skills
► Recent graduate or last year student
