As a collaborative team member, you will work closely with the various company marketing teams, ensuring a consistent look and feel of our brand. We are looking for a creative individual who is passionate about creating visuals to communicate messaging that inspires, informs and captivates audiences or viewers. Our new team member will be brilliant at what they do, trusted to be creative and able to develop the overall layout and production designs for internal and external communications such as banner ads, .html email pushes, ads, trade shows, videos, podcasts and more.

What will you be doing in more detail?

• Works with internal groups and/or business partners to coordinate the design of new marketing/sales projects, discussing business objectives and requirements.
• Developing graphics, visual or audio images that identify a product or convey a message, while being mindful of brand guidelines.
• Presenting ideas/concepts/final imagery to clients, and advises clients on strategies to reach particular audiences.
• Monitoring and assessing effectiveness of design projects.
• Managing project details and developing daily activities to ensure the project is on-plan as defined.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly Premiere design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Adobe Express.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our successful candidate needs to have: 

• Proven knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of discipline.
• Competence in all job functions and a general understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards.
• Ability to develop solutions for a variety of situations and work on projects requiring evaluation and analysis in line with company practices and guidelines; determining the best course of action to achieve results.
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment and discretion. May receive some limited guidance for new assignments.
• Ability to collaborate with management and team members within the department/function and other areas of the organization.
