Job Description► Responsible group leader for one of our customer teams in Pecinci plant – Serbia, including project management and application engineering ► Guide your customer team based on their functional ability and qualification ► Ensure the sustainable competence growth within your team ► Support your customer team members to optimize the work method and to optimize the crossover cooperation ► Build up the customer relationship together with your team ► Coordinate within your team pre-selling activities, acquisitions and support the sales team ► Support the cooperation between the customer teams in Serbia and Germany and define fields for improvement | Qualifications► University degree in technical/mechanical/electrical engineering, economics, or similar ► Experience in customer project work and leadership role ► Experience with automotive customers and knowledge in customer processes for automotive components / systems ► English language fluency is mandatory ► German language knowledge is an advantage ► Excellent communication and organization skills ► Independent person with entrepreneurial thinking and acting ► Resilient, intercultural open-minded person with a strong appearance ► Team player ► Business travel capability on regular bases |
Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment)►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse SysteCreate and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment)►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
