- Warehouse and Transport Management:
- Economical and safe storage and internal transport.
- Efficient management of human resources in the warehouse.
- Planning and optimizing machines, materials, and other equipment with cost-effectiveness in mind.
- Optimization of external transport for the entire supply chain.
- Shipment Management to Customers:
- Efficient shipment of goods to customers according to orders and defined customer standards.
- Automation and optimization of the administrative part of the shipping process.
- Packaging Concept Development:
- Defining and continuously improving packaging standards for customers and suppliers, considering specific needs (e.g., quality, transport safety, cost-effectiveness).
- Effective planning and ordering of packaging.
- Successful management of returnable and non-returnable packaging flows with customers and suppliers.
- Implementation of BPS Standards in Logistics:
- Coordinating the implementation of the highest level of BPS standards in all logistics areas.
- Managing LOM Group Employees:
- Responsible for activities, results, and discipline of the LOM group (warehouse team, finished goods shipment team, packaging development and planning team).

- Ensuring the successful operation of all processes within the scope of responsibility, in compliance with local legal regulations, central directives, internal directives, instructions, and guidelines.
- Coordinating and managing projects and daily operations to optimize the entire material flow.
- Ensuring successful collaboration with all other participants in the "Value Stream," including teams and groups within logistics and other departments within PciP.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Specifics
- Excellent knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse operations
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and people management
- Ability to lead multiple teams
