Now you're probably wondering what your typical, unconventional, daily job would be?
The main tasks at your new workplace would be:
- Ensure the continuity, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance of IT and third-party vendors under DORA standards.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to monitor vendor performance and risk management.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and templates for ICT third-party risk management.
- Conduct due diligence on vendors, assess risks, and update critical continuity plans.
- Monitor KPIs/KRIs to ensure vendor performance aligns with expectations.
- Maintain and update the Register of Information (RoI) for all ICT services.
- Prepare and test response and recovery plans for critical ICT services.
- Support internal and external audits by delivering key documentation and assessments.

Is This You?
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, or Informatics
- 3+ years of experience in ICT vendor management, IT risk management, or operational resilience
- Strong knowledge of ICT outsourcing and third-party risk management frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, MS Windows Server, and IT Network Technology
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team player attitude
- Knowledge and skills that would be a plus:
- Experience in the banking sector, particularly with EU regulatory requirements (DORA, EBA Guidelines)
- German proficiency
