- Responsible for the development and implementation of the Human Resource processes
- Organizes and moderates different types of workshops, eg LF360, transitional workshops etc.
- Drives and develops employee development programs
- Coordinates recruitment process in dedicated areas
- Advises the local management and employees concerning all HR relevant topics
- Cooperates with service providing teams, such as administration, payroll, marketing and learning & development to ensure best possible support for our employees
- Preparing various reports, presentations, and analytical reporting of all relevant HR KPIs
- Participates in, coordinates and implements HR projects
- Supports with labor law topics and ensures that the Company policies and standards are in accordance with the labor law and global Bosch guideline
- University degree, preferably in the field of Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR, preferred on HR business partner position
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to cope with changing workloads (excellent self organization skills)
- Ability to work in fast changing and competitive environment
- Very good level of English language is mandatory
- Team player able to work in big international matrix environment
