We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Operations Specialist who is passionate for HR-related administrative, operational, and organizational tasks as well as is efficient in handling processes to the needs of both employees and the Company.
As a HR Operations – Legal Specialist you will become a part of motivated young HR Operations team that is currently being formed, which will act as a main contract for employees and managers regarding questions in personnel administration.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal regulations, taxes and company-wide policies, procedures, and requirements within HR.
- Responsible for preparation and processing of legal documents and contracts within HR.
- Management of personnel administration of the entire employee life cycle (from on to off-boarding); registration/deregistration of employees with the competent services (CROSO, social insurance).
- Obtaining a work permit for the employment of foreigners.
- Preparation and implementation of documentation related to disciplinary procedures.
- Being familiar with and able to follow various court procedures.
- Public administration procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in TTTech Auto’s database (internal HRIS).
- Provide guidance and support in driving process improvements, scalability, and operational excellence within the HR function.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees in all HR Admin related matters.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the global HR team in international projects by providing expertise in responsible areas (HRIS implementations, policy updates, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate administrative workflows.
- Proposes, implement and regularly revision procedures related to administration, salaries and remuneration of employees.
- Coordinate the process of additional health insurance for employees.
- Handling employee request regarding HR issues, rules and regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Performing ad-hoc HR administrative duties.
- University degree in law.
- 3+ years of experience working in an LLC/Corporation in Legal or HR department.
- Previous work experience in an international environment is a strong advantage.
- Being up to date on the latest law regulations, with a focus on labor law.
- Advanced level in English - both oral and written.
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office package.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
