IT Business Partner for Warehouse and Supply Chain

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Business and IT Collaboration
• Work with stakeholders to bridge the gap between IT and Supply Chain teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements
• Support communications between IT teams, Supply Chain teams and vendors
• Participate in meetings and workshops to document business requirements for IT projects

• IT System Support and Enhancement
• Support analysis and optimize Supply Chain systems including ERP, WMS and TMS
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinating with IT teams for resolution
• Support system upgrades, testing and user training
• Process Improvement & Data Analysis:
• Gather and analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within supply chain processes.
• To work with IT team and help create reports and dashboards to enhance decision-making.
• Project Support & Documentation:
• Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
• Document business processes, IT solutions, and best practices.
• Provide user support and training for new systems and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or Supply Chain operations
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes and IT systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
• Technical and soft skills:
• Familiarity with IT solutions used in supply chain management.
• Basic knowledge of data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of IT project management principles
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Good presentation skills and fluency in English
