Intern in Technical Store

Main purpose of this professional practice is to support and enable needs when purchase requests arrived, provide solutions and support other team members.

A day in the life of Intern in Tecnical Store:

• Supporting responsible Technical Store Supervisor in daily working tasks
• Handling of daily tasks in SAP (download of documentation, filling in the MRP spare parts, prepering offer, create WOs system checking, stock checking, update of records into BOM, prepering inventory counting list)
• Support and ability to thrive on change as department evolve
• Participation and support in resolving parked and blocked invoices
• Active participation in all regular meetining within the department
• Supporting supplier negotiations and technical discussions.
• Participation and support All Nestle Standards.
• Participation and support TPM Metadologie.

What will make you successful?

• Undergraduate student: Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy or comparable field of study
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Open to learning new things and growing with the team
• Advanced level of English language
• Knowledge of computer work and MS office packages
• Basic analytical skills
