Your responsibilities
- Gather and structure data from our customers’ reporting systems to support strategic commercial analysis
- Deliver on ad-hoc data requests from Commercial team to support strategic partner discussions
- Support Commercial Insights Team Lead in making internal recommendations to optimise revenue growth
- Run regular KPI health checks across customer base to identify data trends and anomalies and support Business Development negotiations
- Liaise directly with customers and affiliate reporting providers (NetRefer, Income Access etc.) to improve our data access and quality across the group
Required skills
- Fluent in English
- Creativity and problem solving
- Energetic, resilient and resourceful, with an ability to work accurately under pressure
- Results oriented and demonstrably commercial
Preferred qualifications
- At least 1 year in an analytical (ideally commercial support) role
- Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Tableau/PowerBI preferable
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
