Labor Relations Specialist

We are looking for:

Labor Relations Specialist

Your major responsibilities would be:

• Drafting of all model acts in the field of labor relations
• Monitoring of legal regulations in the field of work and labor relations and timely reporting and implementation in the general acts of the company
• Exchange of experience and opinions with all competent institutions in the field of law and the legal profession
• Coordination with labor inspection
• Coordination with law offices
• Preparation of general acts and individual normative documents at the level of the Company
• Representation of the company before state and other bodies and organizations
• Preparation of reports on cases for which he is in charge - status, flow of cases, assessment of success

Your profile:

• University degree in Law
• Bar exam (will be considered as an advantage)
• Minimum two years of experience in labour law practice
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Computer skills (advanced Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to details
• Ability to effectively prioritize and perform tasks in a high-pressure environment
