Job Description

► Technical support for IT-infrastructure solutions in manufacturing areas worldwide, in coordination with internal service providers
► Creation, planning and performing of trainings for IT-solutions, used in manufacturing areas
► Development and implementation of ITIL processes (incident, change and asset management) in PT plants
► Monitoring and coordination of the implementation of defined IT-solutions within PT plants
► Consulting for central standards and directives of IT-solutions in manufacturing areas
► Project support for introducing new IT-solutions in manufacturing areas

Qualifications

► Know How in IT infrastructures such as databases, networks and server architectures
► Experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes, ideally work experience in IT service management (ITSM)
► Intercultural competencies, willingness to work for international projects with related travel activities
► Knowledge or experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) systems, preferably NEXEED MES
► Knowledge and experience with manufacturing processes, ideally according to BPS (Bosch Production System)
► Language skills: Fluent in spoken and written English and German
► Finished studies in one of the following domains: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
