Job Description

► Support colleagues during the maintenance of services/products/solutions based on clear directions coming from management and global teams
► Support for first and second level users in the given domain
► Support during the communication of more complex third-level support problems in a given domain
► Analysis of the system with the aim of improving and eliminating user problems
► Escalation of problems to higher instances in the given domain
► Communication with different organizations and teams with the aim of finding problems and coordinating them until they are solved

Qualifications

► Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
► High level of organization
► Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
► Excellent time management skills
► Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
► Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
► Strong writing and copy-editing abilities
