Job Description:

► Using IT systems (SAP) for manual planning. Check availability of parts in other warehouse locations. Initiate repackaging of parts to optimize stocks. Negotiate exceptional minimum order quantity in case of low order quantities. Negotiate delivery schedules with plants and suppliers and secure delivery in time towards customers.
► Responsible for standardized planning processes within an automatic alert based planning system (SAP)
► Secure delivery from plants, answer to customer requests, verity standardized parameters and correction if necessary
► Verification of schedules. Discuss production possibilities with production planners. Follow up of the supply chain. Monitoring of processes with defined KPI´s. Handle quality complaints, In case of late deliveries escalation management need to be used
► Use of KPI´s to detect and analyze weak points. Definition of measures and follow up
► Verification of differences due to schedules. Negotiation of solutions with suppliers and plants

Qualifications:

► Graduated (bachelor / master of business administration) focused on logistics
► Experience in demand and supply planning
► Good understanding of the connection between inventory control, planning and procurement
► Preferably experience in SAP (modules MM, APO)
► Microsoft office skills (Excel)
► High degree of problem-solving capability
► Strong organizational skills and possess a clear and concise communication style
► Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
► High ability to work in an International team
► Passion for innovation

Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment)►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data

►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse Syste
