Talent Acquisition team is looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity, passion and  desire to drive the business at marketing team in Belgrade, on the position of: Junior Brand Manager (m/f), Temporary position for approximately one year


Your responsibilities

  • Analyze how brands in are positioned in the market
  • Monitor market trends, research and recognize consumer needs and preferences, crystalize targeted consumer insights, identify opportunities and key issues
  • Preparing analysis inputs for marketing brand strategy and propose marketing strategy
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Understands the brand’s profitability and proposes the areas for improvement
  • Propose pricing strategy and controls execution       
  • Proposes and implements the Innovation & Renovation strategy
  • Develops packaging AW, advertising materials and key visuals for POSM materials
  • Responsible for on time and accurate AW, stickers development and stickering process, transport declaration, product brief and e-declaration approval process together with other stakeholders
  • Prepare inputs for brand communication project briefs and oversee execution of communication and advertising activities
  • Responsible for brand’s marketing budget
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Supports and monitors trade execution of brand plan and all elements of the marketing mix
  • Creating and delivering reports for category/brands in his/hers responsibility (sales, competitors analysis, market shares, SOV, etc)                            

Your profile

  • University degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong result orientation
  • Clear communication and developed presentation skills
  • Proactive and able to multitask
  • Good team player
  • Advanced usage of MS Office package
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
