Your main responsibilities would be:
- Maintaining data in the customer master system (SAP S4/Hana)
- Entry of new installations in the customer master system
- Changes to existing data in the customer master system
- Adjustment of condition data such as terms of payment
- Returns management
- Entry of confirmed returns orders in SAP S4/Hana
- Processing queries about approved returns orders
- System-side confirmation of completed returns
- Billing returns devices to the service partner
- Management and processing of returns inventories
- Processing and control of Amazon Accessory orders
- Ensuring API transmissions for orders and invoices
- Requesting and providing delivery information for the Finance department
