- Rights of the external security company for supervision regarding the implementation of security measures.
- Rights for supervision and coordination with research activities within their area of responsibility.
- Implementation of security on-site (prevention).
- Drafting, updating, and implementing the Location Security Concept, supporting all departments.
- Ensuring the factory's security standards through regular inspections.
- Security responsibility.
- Coordination and documentation of the physical security service, including professional coordination of the tendering process.
- Management of all technical security systems, including tendering procedures (CCTV, identification card management, access control, intrusion detection systems, key management systems, patrolling systems, metal detectors, alcohol testing equipment, etc.).
- Maintenance and conducting of security training for new employees at the site level.
- Planning and executing protective measures at events.
- Supporting and executing operational tasks assigned by C/AUP (site security, investigations, travel security).
- Security instructions and forms related to operations/services at the site level.
- Urgent coordination of the physical security service.
- Control of entry and exit, including visitor management.
- Image and sound recording processes.
- OPL and reports for site management.
- Support during C/AUP and compliance investigations
- Other activities as directed by the Employer.
Education
- VI – VII level of professional qualification (university education)
Work Experience
- More than 5 years of work experience
Specific Skills
- Knowledge of the English language
Additionally:
- No Security-related (negative) entry in official clearance certificates (e.g., by national/regional/local Security authorities)
- Vocational training or similar graduation in the field of Physical Security / Guarding
- Local language and at least B1-level in English language
- Experience in security field.
