Job description:

 Technical responsibility for assembly lines and their results, Quality, Costs, output, availability and scrap
 Technical planning of production for new projects, and performing of test runs and 0-series
 Establishing of new products
 Ensuring stable processes through continuous improvement e.g. on maintenance activity together with technical support department
 Creating work and process instructions, FMEA and control plan as well as changeover and TPM instructions
 Technical capacity planning, procurement of necessary tooling and equipment
 Optimizing process steps and examining new production methods
 Planning and executing production trials, changeover workshops, installations of new lines and modifications on existing machines
 Coordinating activities with all involved departments and external suppliers

Qualifications:

► University degree in engineering Mechanical or Electrical engineering or in comparable field of study
 Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail and quality
 Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
 Good organizational skills
 English language fluency, both written and spoken
 Preferable knowledge of SAP Productive System and MS Office suite
 Preferable experience in LEAN manufacturing
 Preferable qualification in FMEA
