Product Life Cycle & Relocation Coordinator - Temporary position

The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.
► Implementation and coordination of Product Life Cycle Management activities with production plants and suppliers.
► Monitoring the end of the delivery obligation, creating the last order for the specific group of products and adjustment quantities with the different teams, as well as monitoring and reducing the risk of scraping AA stock stored in plant warehouses.
► Support to Product management for the fulfillment of contractual obligations of supplying parts to a defined end of the contractual obligations.
► Coordination of relocation projects in front of the AA division in order to ensure continuous delivery of products to customers during and after the relocation process.
► Communication with regional organizations, sales and logistic teams and collection of necessary data and information, which should result task or project realization.
► Permanent follow up, coordination and checking of task, process and project information status
► Relevant High school or bachelor degree, technical background is plus
► Fluent English in speaking and written (German language would be an advantage)
► Excellent knowledge of the MS-Office applications, knowledge of MS Access and SQL is an advantage
► Excellent analytical capabilities and well-structured operating method
► Good communication skills
► High ability to work in an International team
► Experience in usage of ERP system (SAP preferably)
► Target oriented
