About the team*:

You will mainly support the Bosch Tools Academy Product Owner in roll-out and country/business unit platform customization by being in daily contact with our trainers in countries/business units.

Job Description

• Platform management of a learning management system:
• Content management
• User and user group management
• Collaboration with training departments and training coordinators
• Enablement of local administrators
• You will be responsible for the frontend design of the learning management system:
• Defining main theme of Learning management system to create a good user experience
• Local adaptation of main theme
• Banners for local training campaign
• Communication branding (emails/notifications)
• Badge Designs
• Collaborate with central UX and Touchpoint functions
• You will support production of learning content - related topics and tasks:
• Web Based Trainings and similar online training formats
• Videos
• Graphics
• Translation processes
• You will support training departments in setting up training campaigns and communication
• You will create structured storyboards based on the input of Experts

Qualifications

Who you are?

• You have experience in HTML, CSS and Java
• You preferably have experience with the Authoring tool: Adobe Captivate, Articulate or similar
• You have experience with the international rollout of learning content and translation processes
• You have basic graphic design experience: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• You have basic video editing experience with Adobe Premiere / After Effects
• You have basic understanding of learning management systems
• You have first experiences in UI, UX and design thinking methods
• You are fluent in English
