Key resposibilities:
- Maintain the existing supplier portfolio and onboard new suppliers
- Receive and process new procurement requests at the campus level
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and presentation of offers received from suppliers and external partners
- Create proposals and implement initiatives for cost optimization and savings
- Align and continuously review supplier quality with the business unit’s quality standards
- Prepare all necessary supporting documentation for procurement execution and implementation
- Continuously and accurately maintain the procurement department’s database in ERP system
- Provide assistance during the receipt and handling of goods and materials
- Perform other tasks as instructed by the supervisor, which, considering the organization of the Employer’s activities, internal rules and instructions, as well as professional standards, fall within the scope of work responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Degree in economics or technical field, with no prior work experience required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with the company’s operations and internal rules
- English language proficiency at minimum B1 level
