QA Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity, desire to ensure the development, validation, communication and efficient implementation of new or changing items/services to strengthen our  Quality Assurance team in Surčin, Belgrade, on the position of:

QA Specialist

Main purpose of this position is to provide professional support to enforce the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements in order to continuously improve in the pursuit of Quality awareness.

A day in the life of  QA Specialist:

• Promote quality awareness across the factory
• Contribute to competence development of other quality specialists and quality technician in the factory
• Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to food safety (HACCP) and hygiene (PRPs) practices
• Supports factory to effectively and efficiently implement and sustain the required PRPs to achieve zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses)
• Have the curiosity and inquisitiveness to know different aspects of the operations in the factory to enable the deployment of resources to facilitate effective implementation of PRPs
• Understand the weakness and thereat to the effectiveness of PRP and other related food safety elements in factory, and take initiative to address them
• Escalate issues when appropriate to factory management
• Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestle Food Safety Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards
• Take an active role in the management of change that impact on food safety and instructions and standards
• Take an active role in the management of change that impact on food safety and hygiene at the shop floor
• Supports the Nestle Continuous Excellence program through the participation in DORs and Pillars
• Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestle Food Safety Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards
• Deliver level training on applicable PRPs to stakeholders in the factory

What will make you successful?

• Ideally, you are a proactive person with data-driven thinking and result focus
• You have 3 or more years of relevant work experience in production environment and university degree preferably from The Faculty of Agriculture or Faculty of Technology
• You are able to see the bigger picture beyond the scope of the role
• You show openness and curiosity for new  ideas and opportunities
• You have knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, you are advanced user of MS Office package
