Quality Auditor (m/w)

We quest a Quality Auditor for our new plant in Aleksinac as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality assurance in the serial production
• Organization of outcoming inspection of final products (creation of work instructions for final control, training of inspectors).
• Monitoring compliance by inspectors with control of work instructions;
• Conducting internal audits (checks) of the process and product, analysis of their results, monitoring the development and implementation of corrective actions;
• Implementation of restraining measures at all stages of the production process to prevent Customer from nonconforming products;
• Collection and statistical analysis of product quality;
• Providing support to production employees on quality issues.

• Management of non-conforming products
• Root cause analysis of the nonconformance product quality.
• Participation in the cross-functional team for the development and implementation of corrective actions;
• Participation in the sorting of products, provides appropriate.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Education degree – not less IV level;
• Work experience in the automotive industry in a similar position from 1 year;
• Knowledge of standards IATF 16949 or ISO 9001;
• Experience with simple statistical methods (Control charts, Pareto);
• Experience with Problem solving tools (Ishikawa, 5Why);
• Fluency in English will be an advantage
