We are looking for:
Recruitment & Selection Associate
Responsibilities:
- Attract candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques: Social media, referrals, networking..
- Proactively seek new avenues to identify and attract candidates
- Interviewing candidates using structured and competency-based guidelines
- Market screening and field work
- Handle the logistics of hiring processes – from publishing ads and tracking candidates to interview scheduling
- Keep data on applicants and hiring processes accurate and up-to-date
- Drafting reports and analytics to make data-driven decisions based on the accurate information and inputs
- Assist in process improvements, including recruitment tools, templates and procedures
- Coordinate and provide timely feedback to candidates in order to sustain positive candidate experience

Your profile:
- Experience in high volume recruitment and recruiting various positions (recruitment and working with blue collars will be considered as an advantage)
- Interest in talent acquisition and data analytics
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple data inputs/outputs in a diligent and structured way
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to create and implement new techniques to select candidates
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools
- Proficient English communication skills
- Aspiration for self-improvement through industry trends
- University degree will be considered as an advantage
